On-line Saw for Cold Rolling Pipe Mill

       

On-line saw for cold rolling pipe mill is applied for on-line sawing and cutting copper pipes produced from the cold rolling mill or for cut-to-length sawing pipes in its continuous production line. The sawing can be divided into two methods, toothed saw and chipless saw. The sawing method can be selected according to the different pipe thickness.

Equipment  Features:

1. Continuous cut-to-length sawing can be processed in the process of rolling pipes of coild rolling mill.
   
   
2. The toothed sawing can be process for thick walled tube, toothless sawing for thin walled， these two methods can be free Switched according to different demands.
    
3. Less rag of saw bite and 20% of chips decreasing compared with general transsection method.
   
   
4. When adopted the toothless sawing, the pipe orifice is smooth without copper chips and the inside of pipe is clean without influencing the sequential processing.
   
   
5. Automatic cutting with high cutting efficiency, no need manual operation.
